the docs on the moat are very detailed
tldr:
unstaking charges 0,5% towards the moat(dis not bad at all out of several reasons)
wouldnt rush to stake till more info is out, as locking and burning isnt dissabled
in regard of rewards:
locking(think up to 4 years) is a multiplier up to 5 decreasing as the time of the lock is decreasing
burning is an instant 10x multiplier
staking counts as 1x
