Time for me to post some pastry, finally 😁
"Kobaridski štruklji" is a sweet Slovenian pastry dish, coated in sweet breadcrumbs, filled with walnuts, raisins and other ingredients, depending on family recipes. It is served warm/hot.
Most commonly found in restaurants in the Soča river valley, a somewhat secluded part of Slovenia as it is closed off by mountains from almost all sides. A spectacular region to visit, especially if you like active vacations (see last pic).
