I think something's off with the fee math @jasonmdesimone the contract says the max fee for creators and arena is 2.5%, but when I test-launched a token a few weeks ago, it only showed 0.25% for creators and 1% for Arena.
0.25% is really small compared to PONS Launchpad, where creators can set flexible fees up to 10% with only 1% going to the platform. The fact that Arena takes 4x more than the creator might be why we're seeing low volume. Could be wrong though can anyone validate?

IMO arena has enough features atm and needs to make a major pivot towards onboarding users.
The features are cool and needed but without new users it just creates a toxic pvp environment where everyone fights over dwindling liquidity.
Most of the core users fell in love with this place over the social aspect not all the features (since there were none) don’t forget the word social comes before finance in SoFi
