💎 When we think about age, it's common for us to feel, or act, or be at a younger age or an older age
🌟 Maybe the young want to hurry up & be at an age where they have freedom to make their own decisions, the freedom to live independently, live life on their terms!
💎 Maybe those that are older want to hold onto their youth, not physically, necessarily, but in a way that they're care free, where their young at heart spirit & energy continues to stay with them!
🌟 Age in older years can often be seen as decline in the mind, the body, in our vitality, our vigor, our ability to achieve the things we want or need
💎 Age is just a number, a number given to keep track, to see progress, not a defining moment
🌟 If we focus too much on years lost, or wasted, or see age as time running out, it creates pressure, it can evoke anxiety when we overthink, working as a label that ultimately limits us
💎 Don't allow yourself to use age as an excuse, a reason not ti evolve, not to get better
🌟 So maybe the key is to shift our thinking. The goal here is not to stress about it, but to act! Not to dwell on the fact that you're getting another year older, but to actually do something about it
💎 We can ask ourselves ' How can I maintain my energy, my vigor, train my mind, build my resilience, strengthen my body?' 'How can I improve these things today?'
🌟 You're never too late or old to learn, to commit to yourself, just make the decision & take the first step
🤝 View & use age to your advantage, rather than view is as a limitation
