$GYM is about wellness, mental and physical strength to help us be the best we can possibly be:
Life is full of stressors, and it's so easy to feel like you're navigating it alone. Having a sense of support, whether through mentorship or simply a shared understanding, can make a world of difference. Sometimes, all we need is to be seen and heard, and for someone to offer a little guidance or perspective.
Together, we can figure things out, make sense of overwhelm, calm times of anxiety, anchor ourselves in the present moment together, so that you feel safe, held, heard.
Sessions will be 1:1. They will be tip based. Each session will be between 10-20 minutes. Offering guided relaxation, mindfulness discussions, grounding techniques, or just the space to speak out loud on how you are feeling - all of these can provide a release.
