Digital identity doesn't work if it stops at the border. Uruguay and Blerify are building something on Avalanche that every region should pay attention to: a decentralized trust registry where each country runs its own nodes, holds its own keys, and stays sovereign, while the credentials are verifiable across borders in seconds. No central authority, and no personal data on-chain. Just a shared layer that lets governments answer one question: can this credential be trusted?
