The ones who hold steady, adapt and believe in the bigger vision are the ones who rise with the tide and reach the shore of success. Stay patient, stay strong and let your conviction carry you 🌊🚀

💰$PAPi 💥 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 💥💰
I was thinking about something lately. People from Ava Labs especially with marketing and BD team member like Coop, Avery, Luigi and few others used to make very bullish posts about Avalanche everyday while working there. But once many of them left the job, most also stopped talking about Avalanche almost completely. That made me think. I am not employed by Ava Labs. I don’t get salary from them. Like many other community members, I or we still continue showing up everyday because I genuinely believe Avalanche is one of the most important technologies in blockchain. So the real test of passion is not when you are getting paid. The real test starts after you leave. Will those people still come to Avalanche Summit? Will they still support Avalanche when there is no paycheck attached? If yes, then their passion was real. But if they completely disappear after leaving, then maybe for them it was mostly a job, salary and service rather than deep conviction about the technology and ecosystem. Just some late Friday Afternoon thoughts. There is no escape 🔺.
