Good morning, good people...This moment... This moment contains all of my fears, all of my aspirations, everything that I am is carried by this moment. Yet my mind thinks that it knows better and worries about the future. Think of all the variables that would need to be considered in making predictions about the future. It is impossible to predict the outcomes of the future with 100% accuracy, we cannot know enough to make such a prediction. Is there not a hint of arrogance, then, when I believe that I know enough to worry about the future? In the same breath, this worry, this fear or anxiety, call it what you will, can be utilised in driving me to act in avoiding the outcomes that I worry about. The absolute certainty is that there is no other moment than I can experience other than the present one. This is it...this moment is everything, this moment is life...and forever will be until my last breath.
