Hi Arena, it’s been a while. (and yes I’ll be on here more often!) Some news: I’m beyond excited to be joining the team at @avax to Lead Ecosystem Innovation! What will I be doing? I'll be helping bring new applications, products, and ideas to market, support and grow Avalanche's builder ecosystem, and bring the world onchain— on Avax. I've been a supporter of the Avalanche ecosystem for a while now, so I jumped at the chance to work with their incredible team and be on the frontlines of real blockchain adoption. Why am I Excited about Avalanche? Simply put: Avalanche is that guy. Avalanche is trusted by top institutions like BlackRock, Citi Bank, JP Morgan, VanEck, and more. Partnerships with some of the world's largest industry leaders such as Toyota, FIFA, Sports Illustrated, to name a few, and is quickly becoming the consumer chain. The world connects on Avalanche. You may already be using Avalanche without even knowing it. The rate at which the team closes partnerships and executes broad-scale go-to-markets blows my mind. Nearly everyday there is a major announcement, I don't know how they do it, but I sure wouldn't want to bet against this team. Two days ago, an S-1 Avalanche ETF filing by Grayscale was announced. Avalanche DEX volume just hit a three year ATH, and much more exciting news is on the way. Avalanche is thinking in years and decades, not weeks and months. The goal is the world, not a micro-niche of a micro-niche. For a while now, I've believed that Crypto Twitter is too focused on short term thinking. Speculation fueled narratives were never supposed to be the most interesting thing Blockchain technology has to offer. It's a breath of fresh air to be working with a team that aligns with Blockchain longterm not just Blockchain right now. Beyond exciting partnerships that will ‘bring the normies onchain', Avalanche has its sights set on being the hub for everyone and everything. A place where gamers, institutions, AI, science, robotics, sports, rewards, entertainment, stablecoins, governments, and more, connect and cohabitate. The rails for this have already been set up with an international team working day in and day out to create the best way to integrate Blockchain technology seamlessly. From the simplest integrations all the way up to creating specialized Layer 1s at scale, adoption is easier, cheaper, and faster than ever imaginable. Avalanche is a place for dreamers, experimenters, explorers, builders, creators and more; built for everyone, everywhere.
