Certain mistakes shouldn’t be made on your clients account E.g grammatical errors or wrong graphical representations. • Read through each sentence of your content before you post • A thread?, go through each page, ensure appropriate paragraphs and that each page has the correct designs attached. Etc. Note that not all clients would tolerate such mistake, you risk losing your job. ⇨ Communicate often with your client This is necessary to avoid misunderstandings and meet up expectations. • Get final approval where necessary for highly sensitive posts. • Endeavor to asks questions, there is no harm in asking questions. - - - - - - - - - - - - Your attention to detail and respect for client boundaries are what build trust and success in social media management.
