💪 Challenge:
3 Sets of 16–20 Plank Up-Downs
➡️ Start in a forearm plank position
➡️ Press up onto one hand, then the other, into a high plank
➡️ Lower back down one arm at a time to the forearm plank
➡️ Alternate the leading arm each repetition
➡️ Keep your core engaged throughout
➡️ Follow the demonstration video
(Each complete up-and-down movement counts as 1 rep)
⚠️ Form Standard:
➡️ Maintain a straight body line throughout the movement
➡️ Minimize hip movement
➡️ Alternate the leading arm each rep
➡️ Keep your core tight
➡️ No half reps
