πͺ Challenge:
3 Sets of 15β20 Reps
β‘οΈ Start in a strong push-up position
β‘οΈ Complete one full push-up
β‘οΈ At the top, raise one leg behind you while keeping it straight
β‘οΈ Lower your leg back to the starting position
β‘οΈ Complete the next push-up and raise the opposite leg
β‘οΈ Alternate legs each repetition
β‘οΈ Follow the demonstration video
(Each completed push-up with a leg raise counts as 1 rep)
β οΈ Form Standard:
β‘οΈ Full push-up required on every rep
β‘οΈ Body remains straight throughout the movement
β‘οΈ Raise only one leg at a time
β‘οΈ Alternate legs each repetition
β‘οΈ No half reps
